fruit flies unappetizing food
The breakfast was a real disappointment. I found fruit flies were around the food, which I did not appreciate. The food looked old and unappetizing, this bothered me. I also had to use the coffee machine to get my coffee. Strangely, I got hot chocolate when I selected cappuccino. I did not like it at all.

central location friendly staff nice gifts
The hotel's location was central. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I received unexpected gifts, a nice touch. I also found a full-size elevator.
The breakfast service was expensive relative to the actual quality.

The hotel is located near everything. I even got a photo including the elevator. The neighborhood was wonderfully situated near every point of interest. Pedestrian streets were mostly around the hotel.

central location and great service
perfect location free minibar quick maintenance fantastic buffet
the hotel location was very nice , very close to shops and restaurants. the hotel had a free mini bar stocked daily with coke , water , wine , juice , and beer. i needed maintenance for a clogged sink and it was fixed quickly within five minutes. the breakfast buffet was fantastic with many choices.
the hotel used one-off plastics like plastic bottles , and plastic bags in the bin.

staff members are friendly and helpful , seeming to care about the guests. when i requested maintenance for a clogged sink , it was resolved within five minutes. the hotel offers a welcome with treats provided in the room upon arrival.

central gem!
helpful staff welcome gift
The location was very nice. It's close to everything (i even walked to most places!). the staff were so friendly and helpful. They offered great recommendations. i also really enjoyed the welcome gift of portuguese tarts. It was a nice touch.
i found the soundproofing from the hallway to be insufficient. i could hear conversations clearly from my room (it made it hard to relax).

the hotel included complimentary drinks in the mini bar, restocked daily, a detail i really appreciated. additionally, coffee, tea, and snacks were freely available in the lobby area, a convenient amenity. (i definitely helped myself to the snacks!)

The breakfast offered a wide selection of fresh food. I loved the fruit options. the hotel restaurant's menu featured local dishes. The squid ink spaghetti with octopus was a standout. every dish was delicious.
